Just checked no flash but a very slow shutter speed that has made it soft open up the aperture and up iso

Thanks for the comments. gsgary is correct. No flash was used. There was a lamp on top of the piano in the upper left corner of the shot. I only used available light at 1/4 sec, f/4.5, iso 400. Converted to B&W with PS CS2. I think the shot would be better without that painting on top of the piano. But sometimes you have to live with what in in the shot.
