Picasa wrong info

I imported about 50 new photos through picasa. But when I checked the property of each photo, it says they are taken with "Shutter priority" modes, every one of them. I thought I must have place the dial to SP by mistake, but when I checked data through the camera they are mostly manual and aperture priority, and one with P.

Is this normal for picasa to make mistake like this? Any info appreciated, thanks.

humm I think you hit on some thing, I just checked some of my photos I know how I did them and I get the same thing????
