Pics from the Sandbox C&C please

[eVilcreations]

Well,

I've taken over 800 pics so far this trip to the sandbox....

it's pretty cool that with my current job i get to fly quite a bit and jump around to different "locations".....

Anyway, here's a few shots I took with the new Nikon D3000 the wifey bought me for Christmas/Birthday right before I left...

Comments are always welcome!!

Hope you enjoy.....

Josh

[AmberNikol]

[JoshC.]

Really really cool shots! Awesome angles! You don't see these types of shots very often! Good work and thank you for your service

#3 is the most dynamic to me. Go Air Force (84-88)! God bless all of you.

[eVilcreations]

Thanks for your input guys!!!

Yes I am in the Air Force going on 9 years now.

Those were taken from a tanker to answer that question.

Holy ****. Photos of fighter jets from this perspective are something you don't see everyday.

Awesome & you're actually making me miss the military..

[tygr1]

Awesome shots...nice composition.

[Ginu]

Really cool, thanks for sharing. As a few already mentioned, we don't get to see many pictures from these angles.

[reznap]

A little contrast and some sharpening would go a long way in these, making the jets pop out a bit more.

[eVilcreations]

thanks for the pointer rez.... I honestly haven't messed with any type of post processing of my photos yet other than throwing a border and watermark on some of them...

What program do you use/suggest?

[eVilcreations]

anyone else have any pointers?

Wow, I'm such a dork. I totally misread your screen name... for like 5 full minutes. I was reading it like... e-mail e-machines e-stuff... thinking e-vil? huh? Wow. Some days my blonde just takes control. I think photoshop is awesome for editing, but GIMP will do great things as well. Both have online tutorials.

[DannyInMontana]

Personally, I'm all about Photoshop but for simpler edits and easier on the budget, Adobe Elements works wonders. There are a LOT of online tutorials on youtube and articles on google to go through and learn how to touch up a photo. Enjoy. I really like the first one.

Those are some cool shots!
