picture upload question

Maybe I just have not figured it out but here's my question. When I create and album in my pics (on TPF) and then I want to post a thread with those pics I seem to have to have 2 windows open. One with the thread and one with the album. This way I can click back and forth and paste the img HTML to my new post.

1.
When making a new post is it possible to just link pics from a TPF album you have already created?

2.
How do you delete pics in your photo section? (i.e. I have a bunch of pics not in albums that I no longer need here and would like to free up space on the server)

Someone else will have to help with #1, but for #2:
To delete a photo, click on it.

Thanks, be nice if you could batch delete but this works.
