i am new to photography..
i am planning to buy a new camera and i am beginner in this field so can any one suggest me a good and yet with in budget camera which is best for beginner

What's your budget? How much are you looking to spend?

Is this only for the camera or does it include accessories like a tripod, external flash, camera bag, memory cards, different lenses, filters, etc...?
