Nandakumar... very nice shot! I do wish (as mentioned by others) that the DOF was a little more extensive..... that would have made it much better! Try and shoot it again, and stop down a couple of stops more.

I love plantain fried in butter with lots of salt! ... I really do!

Kerala is well known for its banana chips, fried in coconut oil, which is made salty too; but plantains are seldom fried that way; did you mean plantain ? in that case i must give it a try
