Platypus - with a difference.

A rather unusual encounter, after following 'Miss Plat' upstream I managed to get ahead and lay in wait for her in a rather overgrown stretch of the river. As I sat quietly she approached within about 4 feet and much to my surprise, came out of the water and walked right up to me (within inches), to afraid to make any noise or sudden moves I did manage a few quick shots, she then slid back into the water, rolled on her back for a quick scratch and was gone.
