Playing with new new D7000 C&C

It's been really crappy weather since I got my new camera and have hardly been able to get out and have a real play with it. I was sitting inside this afternoon thinking what an awesome day it and how i shouldn't sit on the computer for the rest of the day. What I should be doing instead is taking photos of something! Contacted a friend - 15 minutes later we were driving around the countryside finding places to take photos of.

Apologies as these are off facebook (Seemed easier than resizing all the originals etc)

Any way what do you think, I like the effect the sun had, we were dead on sunset at the top of a hill for some of them
Also any guesses on how old my model was?

K these are the ones of facebook actually. they do look a bit ****ty, and sorry for the ugly watermark lol theres a few more but i dont want to overload it

I have yet to see a watermark on a photo that actually enhances an image so...

White balance looks off for the first one, the last one seems underexposed. The one looking down her leg/thigh looks pretty good if you know what I mean? No seriously, it's probably the strongest of the bunch.

2 and 4 are underexposed I think.

Dont worry i dont like the watermark either, these were all over facebook though a bit of advertising

Yeah the sun got so orange right before it dipped behind the clouds, theres hardly any tweaking in the colouring - I kinda liked the organe sunset look?

Haha Thanks i really like the one of her leg too She definatly photographs older than she is!

Heres a couple more, i quite like the orange effect, can you tell its natural light or does it look "photoshoshopped orange" ??

Your colored pictures look very warm, and the last picture where shes sitting on the 'no trespassing' sign looks underexposed.

Thanks! I see it looks really under exposed now - I might try tweaking that one when I get home - I quite liked the shots by the no tresspassing sign, so i think ill have a play around with them to try and get the better

I see what you have tried to do with the whole sunset thing but it looks like you have given her a dodgey tan or something. And the last pic looks really under exposed. She is a great subject though

IMHO, I think quite a few in this set would benefit from OCF. You have a very nice model, I wish my female friends are all this cooperative. lol
