I'll comment on the last 2.

Why did you take the Oyster shot? I don't see anything interesting on this shot.

On the second one, think "Rule of Thirds". Google it if you're not familiar with it. The horizon is dead center. It only works (IMO) for reflection shots. Since I assume you shot this because of the clouds/sky, I would crop the bottom 1/4 off.

Myshkin - thanks for the adjustments and tip with the WB...will keep my little eye open for it in future

HiKinMike - I took the oyster shot due the different colours from the boxes, board, shells and sand/stones. Whitstable Bay is famous for their oysters so it reminds me of the visit.

Thanks for the advice with the 2nd shot....as mentioned i'm a little new to this so will review the 'Rule of Thirds.....
