It's a nice image. Could be sharper.

What were the shot specs?

ISO 100
F10
15 sec.
90mm

...on a tripod and used 10 sec timer to reduce shake, also with anti-shake on.

I think it was AF, but it might have been MF.

I guess I probably could have gone with a narrower aperture. Its possible there was a slight breeze...and my tripod is cheap and light so that could have caused a slight blur. The shot before this I bumped with my hand and got some cool wavy car lights, but the buildings were just too blurry.

This was the clearest of all the shots I got.

For the systems of which I'm aware, you should turn the anti-shake OFF when using a tripod. Otherwise, it actually causes shake!
