I'm no pro so I'll keep the criticism light. My thoughts are, #1 a little too dark. #2 a little too far away, needs cropping. #3 I'm Ok with in general and #4, Mr. Smiley is an unwanted distraction.

Brighter, sunnier days can sometimes help a lot with certain pics. Pretty good pics overall! Good job!

Decent color.
Underexposed a bit and when shooting architecture, unless doing something creative the lines should typically run horizontal and/or vertical.
outside that, fine.
