Only if you use the built-in laser guidance system! But that requires extra hit points..

My current xs is goofing a bit. When in continuous mode, it has stopped firing in consistent intervals and randomly fires. Also sometimes when I depress the shutter it hesitates. I've missed more than a few shots because of this problem
I really do plan on figuring this photography thing out and plan on doing it seriously... when I've learned the proper skills. I am trying to see if I should just use it until it dies and keep saving for a full frame, or bite the bullet and get the 7D. I know there is so much more for me to learn, but I do think I am having issues with this camera a bit. I know a camera does not make the photographer, but I can continue to learn on the 7D Plus I would LOVE to be able to take video, and I cannot with the xs.

Oh yeah... the flash is probably junk... no kind of bells or whistles

And honestly, what do you think about me ordering the 7D through Walmart's website?? The reason I ask is because I can receive a 10% discount, which saves me about $160?

Have you changed cards or settings, to when you bought it? Does it hesitate after you've locked focus or does it "hunt" for focus?

It is hesitating after I have locked focus. Also I am noticing that the focus is off. Say I use the center point of focus, the actual focus is above... I will post an example in just a minute.

A 7D is a 7D. Doesn't matter where you bought it. Just make sure that they really do have the best price available.

Sounds like a card problem. I'd bet in a few weeks you'll start seeing corrupt files.
