Please recomend photo-video sharing site/programs

Hello, I am looking for a photo/video sharing site with some features i havent found elsewhere.

I like picasa because i can upload vids and pics, but it doesnt carry my filename thru to the title of the pic/vid. I would like to see the filenames in the thumbnail display of the album and on the pic/vid display.

Multi upload/ album sync is another must for me. Again picasa does ok, but it doesnt seem to make a mirror of my album, just uploads and updates, but does not delete pics that i have deleted from my local folder.

Actually, i prefer to work in acdsee and wonder if there is an addon to sync albums from acdsee to picasaweb or other photo site.
