I've Been Working on a new Photo-Style for a while

called ( PAINTED-STYLE Photographs ) and I wouuld

interesting. The vignette seems too strong to me, but the colors are very vivid.

It is right in the current style. People seem to like oversaturated and over sharpened images these days. You should do well with it.

Submit for what purpose? If you mean to sell images, then you should show them to one of the stock photo houses.
