Point and shoot options

My sister is wanting a new point and shoot camera. I know nothing about what is good in point and shoots. she doesnt want to go with even an entry level dslr. her budget is $200 at most. if anyone can at least point me in the general direction of some decent options. seems right now amazon is having some black friday deals on the sony cybershots, im going to do some research today during lunch but just thought i'd post this up this morning to see if anyone can help me out on some options or experience.

she isn't the type to buy used. shed just get worried about what she was buying and run to best buy or wallmart instead.
