well, yeah, but how many people would actually participate? I'd like to participate in the monthly contests, but often have a hard time getting to them.

Mostly your newer members would participate in them. It would almost be nice if there was some sort of "forum fame" or something associated with it like you got a certain number associated with your name on here for participating and having the best photos.

I'm just looking for an additional way to develop my photography skills. I'm not sure about forum fame or voting for best photos, but I would like to have the assignments for work with.
