Yeah, thats a tough one. What time was is? 2pm?

That picture brought to mind this video, beginning at the 5:40 mark.

dolina; one would think that with such wonderful light as you found there, that this would be a perfect place to take a picture.

Unfortunately, in this shot I see heavy shadows on her face. Man! for the want of a reflector!

Thanks for the constructive critiques guys. This was taken at night. The light comes from 10w warm CFLs of the hallway.

This isn't 'bad'. Slight hard light on her forehead. But its not terrible. I like the depth and as they say "bokehhhhh".

I would go for a tighter crop in portrait mode on the second photo. The background adds nothing to the image. The guy in the background is distracting so maybe you can crop most of him out?
