In answer to Mark, well I didn't really do that much to the photos in Pshop. All the pictures were taken with natural light next to a window, so they were very vivid and made the baby's eyes shine, and they had a good reflection of the window, too.
I desaturated the pictures in Pshop to begin with. I then adjusted the contrast, made it quite high, and then adjused the levels to get that very sketchy-look. I sharpens the baby's eyes and mess around with levels/contrast again until I got the look I wanted. In the 4th one, I smudged/blurred the skin slightly to help bring out the eyes. I softened some of the edges on all the pictures, too, using the smudge tool.
