I'm just a hobbiest for what it's worth, but here's my take...

The front eye is soft, out of focus. I can't tell exactly where the focal plane is, but it looks like it may be slightly behind *her* right eye, the earring looks fairly sharp.

The black object/strap/whatever at the bottom is leading my eye to the edge of the frame, which is uncomfortable.

The light quality looks good, good exposure, good color balance. The shoulder has lost all detail so watch that.

As far as pose and crop, I'm afraid I'm not comforable enough with my own abilities and understanding to give you input on that. I will say her right eye looks strange... maybe if I could see some of the white on the other side of the iris, it would help to separate it from the eye shadow?

Hey nice pic. But I'm not sure where the focus is at, itdoesn't seem to be the eyes. Also i think the crop is too tight ? ...

I think Bazooka pretty much nailed it. This begs for a reshoot.
