Processed in Capture NX2 from RAW. I'm new to Capture NX2 so thoughts on processing appreciated as well.

Interesting composition, not to my taste because her face is all the way on one side and her ear is as prominent as her face.

The color is not so appealing.
If this is a purposeful desaturation, I don't think it works well.

She has beautiful eyes which are lost in the desaturation and, probably, a lovely long neck which is masked by the hunching up of her shoulders.
Shoot another with a more upright pose, emphasizing her clean-limbed look
