I would crop this down at the bottom, clone the wrinkles on the sheet behind, see if you can tone down or recover that hotspot on the sheet, and dodge the chest, arms, and tummy areas to get just a hint more texture there in the blacks. Crop this to a square or square-ish aspect ratio and that eliminates the finger chop at the bottom and the slightly excessive top space and narrows the focus down to her and her expression, with less of the draped chair feeling. The one, single thing that is toughest is the over-exposed hotspot on the chair drape in the lower left corner.
