Portrait on White Seamless

This is my first shoot with a solid background, savage brand white, long version (107?").

I have one more speed light to add, batteries pooped out on that one; will be ordering more eneloops!

Perhaps next I will try clamshell lighting next.

Not bad; the biggest issue I see is the fact that your light image right is overpowering the scene. If you look at the area between the top of her dress and neck, it's at least a full stop over-exposed. I also think that it would have been improved had your lights been closer; something in the order of 2-3'.

My thinking on the set-up would have been to used a single light for the subject, about 15 degrees off-axis and firing downward at about 30 degrees and put the other one(s) to work as bakcground lights to eliminate the gradient you've got. I might also consider turning her body a bit more toward the camera so that her eyes aren't all the way over to one side; ideally we want to see a bit of sclera on each side of the iris.

Still, a good start, and with only some very minor tweaks you will have some excellent images to add to your portfolio!

Not bad given the equipment but the Keylight could be a bit brighter, your kicker a little less powerful.
And your white background is about one stop under.
