I think these are very good. As you already noted, a bit more room for the hands in #2 would have been nice.
#4 has a good use of tilt, which im usually not a great fan of, so well done there.
Overall the exposure and colour seem good so i think she should be very pleased with these. :thumbup:
 
1 and 3 are lovely although i think i may have edited her chin on 1 as its quite distracting hehe. i love photos with clear pretty eyes so 3 is the winner for me. The models position on no 4 doesnt work for me she just looks uncomfortable, same with the last one, its quite unflattering but nice job im sure she loves them :)
 
Watch the chins, the shots technically are good... but the double chin she's rocking could be easily fixed with a bit of guidance.

I mean in her direction during the shoot, haha. the first shot is easily fixed with the liquify tool... but in future shoots with people who tend to have double chins, give them a little direction to avoid it!
