im very new to this and im just begining... but what do you think of these pictures ... any advice on how to improve in anyway would be greatly appreciated

Like the second and third one. First one Im not sure. something about the eyes just not working. Guess thats not great knowledge but at least itll bring you post to the front.

Im a fan of the third one...^^^...something about the eyes to, its like she wishes she wasnt in front of a camera
