I like it, if you got closer you'd have a hard time telling what he's standing in front of... it'd be a great shot for a band. I hate the shoes though, Screech is going to be pissed that someone stole his shoes. It'd be a bad ass photo with mens pants and different shoes...

If the subject was further from the rail car the camera could be closer to the subject to better fill the frame, and the rail car would still be in context, yet appear smaller and not dwarfing the subject quite so much.
