I received the Rolleiflex 2.8F back from repair/CLA and ran a quick roll of Cinestill400D through it, not really caring about the subject matter; I was more interested in the photo quality since I shot some using the camera light meter, and some using my phone app. If I hadn't kept a record I wouldn't have been able to tell which was which. So, now I have 3 functioning TLR's. The 2.8F, the Rolleiflex T and the Yashica Mat124G. Life is good. Here's a few from the 2.8F...

A few from a stroll around Fort Santiago in the old town of Manila (Intramuros) yesterday using a Pentax MX I had only just taken possession of that very day.

A few issues, quickly threw away the 'soft shutter' screw in shutter button after accidentally triggering the shutter three times(!)

The much vaunted (in reviews) 'judas window' which is there to supposedly display the aperture through the viewfinder is useless to me, I cannot see anything unless I screw up my face and position my eyeball in a very uncomfortable place - Even then it is still pretty much a blur, glasses only make a slight improvement and you have to be just right on position - which of course is not the position I am in when I take a picture. Apparently may be due to an astigmatism, which would indicate it's only good for 20/20 vision users(?)

This is not an issue to me, luckily my brain can still remember an aperture setting and count clicks when it's changed

Otherwise, once I relaxed enough and got over the squint-a-thon eyeball torture aperture window it was quite a joy to shoot and will certainly be added to my most used group. In fact I'm planning on taking this on a trip this week, it's diminutiuve size makes it a perfect travel companion.
