PP help

[pwrstrk02]

can i send my files to a person that does pp? how much $ would that cost with me looking over their shoulders?
i just started using gimp and its a big puzzle to me, nowhere to start. i just want to put a picture in and wave the magic wand and have it good.
i also want to make my wife hotter, can you edit the nagging out of a person too?

there should be a lot of tutorials on line that will help you get started and some are free.
