~ I Walk The Line ~ My buddy Rich (seen here), was the OIC / On Scene Commander during this operation and did an excellent job of containment of the burn while prioritizing the safety considerations for the firefighters working the burn.

My gun club did a prescribed burn on our property last evening, all of our food plots and most of our cover plots went up in flames as part of our wildlife management / habitat enhancement efforts. The local F.D. did the burn for us as a training exercise for their personnel.

Nice images reminds of my childhood when farmers here used to burn the stubble in the fields after the harvest
