Pretty Chaffinch? ID help please

Keeping company with the finches, but more the size of a Goldfinch than the Chaffinches

Your bird pics just keep getting better and better. This is an especially nice series, IMHO. I really like #3, 4 and 6.

It has been ID elsewhare as a female brambling . . many thanks.

This is the second species new to my garden this year - had a pair of siskins a couple of weeks back.
