are you referring to the "steam" coming off the towers? (due to the long exposure)

Settings:
Camera - Nikon D80
Format - JPEG
Focal: 145mm (using a 55-200mm VR Nikon lens)
F-Stop: f/8
Exposure (shutter length): 30sec (I suppose something less like 10 sec might work)
ISO: 100

And a bit of post processing... mainly temp, tint, and curves... mainly
