pricing template

Could anyone direct me in a direction for a pricing template? I am about to graduate from photography school, and this is an area where it gets a little hairy on specifics! Im not that great in Excel, but if its simple I can stumble my way around.

I'm looking for something that has a clean layout for simplicity.
Something that has or can be added the base price/% markup/gross profit and things like that.
