Printer Help

My Canon Prixma Pro-200 came up with error code 1200. In addition a window popped up with "The print head holder has moved to the head replacement position." I'm using the current PSCC and windows 10. Any help?

Canon was no help what so ever. They ignored what I said my problem was and wanted me to take out the ink carriage. A local business wanted to replace that item but it would be $500. I found one person who repairs industrial type printers. He listened to me and found the problem in the lid sensor. $95.

Ilove my Canon printer's but haqve no use at all for cann help. My problem was with a something ot other 740 point and shoot. Couldn't even get anyone on the phone. Found out I had to join some canon group if I wanted help with anything. But as I said, love my canon printer's! One 13" Pro 9000 MkII, and one 8 1/2" iP100
