Printing HDR images help needed

I'm tired and frustrated I cant fiquire out how to print my hdr image it will only allow me to set the printer up no print option ,I cant even save it in jpeg ..

I can save in tiff but M/S dosnt present a viewable image of the file ..

Did you convert it to 8-bit before trying to save it as JPEG or before printing it?
