Problem with Millers Proof Album

I have sent them and email about this. I am sure they will resolve it as their CS is amazing. But I was thinking that I may be doing something wrong. I am not sure what it is though. This has happened a few times before.

As seen in this picture (although barely because I scanned it onto my computer), the black and white image as a terrible green tint to it. It only appears in the images where he has the thin stripped shirt on. Less in some, more pronounced in others. What is going on?

Or did you get a company to do it?

I'd phone them up and ask why there is a green tinge then!
