problem with photos help (olympus vr-340)

hi. 2 days ago i bought an Olympus vr-340. I have a problem with some indoor photos at red color in wall. The problem is some white circles. Look at the photo.
What is this? It is a problem with camera? Thank you advance.

Very likely lens flare - there was probably a lamp or bare bulb just out of frame on the top center right. You can shade that off before taking the shot with a lens hood/sunshade, a mattebox or a flag (or just a piece of paper or your hand- just block the light from hitting the front of the lens)
