To hard to read.

I am pretty sure you have to be high on a lot of meth to think that this equipment you've listed is somewhere near the "priced to sell" asking price of $10,000.

That's probably what this loadout was worth in 1999.

Most of that price is related to the 500 1.8 lens.........must weigh about 50 lbs

Yup thatPaparazzi special is the bulk of the asking price and if you are wanting to take photo's of some National Enquirer worthy event I am sure you will want to shell out the , $10,000 and then recoup a few hundred selling off the rest of the gear. Till you can sell that first big photo of a politicians torrid love affair or a rock star with a body in the boot of his car and cash in.

Too bad it's really a mostly worthless f/8 mirror lens

Well then if its a reflex lens we can knock several thousand off the price...

I wonder if they would take $9,999.

Kodak did produce digital cameras based on EOS bodies, The EOS DCS5 is one of them. However, being that you can get a DCS Pro SLR/n or SLR/c for less than $1000, I don't hardly think this is remotely a good offer, unless there is a lens in there I'm missed.

What's more confusing is that I don't think that camera in the photo is a DCS...

On second look, it definitely isn't. I don't even think you could fit a PCMCIA card in there. All DCS DSLRS were massive, and the earlier ones especially so.

Lessee....... I got me $9,997,23.

Hold on.... let me check my under couch cushions, the ashtray in the truck, and see if there's any spare change in my desk drawer.

Oh, wait. The CL ad is only asking for $5k.

Hmmmm. Phase One P20 or P25 with a basic hasselblad 500C kit for around 6k (or less) or fifteen year old DCS-5 for 5k?

Decisions, decisions.

(this listing is great. Not only does the seller not know what he has, he doesn't know how much what he thinks he has but doesn't is worth!)
