A stupid question, can anyone tell me where or how i can change my profile picture... i've looked around for a while...

Go to your "User CP" (user control point) from the grey top line menu on the site.

When in that page look on the left hand menu and go down to "Settings and Options" and just below that should be "Change Avatar"
