Today in my protrait practice, I decided not to use EF 85/1.2L. Instead, I tried to use EF 50/1.2L as much as possible.

I am really in love with lens. I did not purchase this lens for studio or outdoor protraits. But the look is very nice and sleek to my liking.

Here are some of the shots. Hope you aggree with me.

Thanks for looking

Beautiful work!

The only thing that bothers me is the crop on number 2.

Good stuff!!! I like them all..........#3 knocks me out. So soft and so sharp. Excellent. ron

What a lovely series of shots! She has a wonderful smile, and I'm sure she's very pleased with these.

You rock! Having her as a subject helped I'm sure. She is beautiful.

Lovely!

I really the color and cropping of #2 but I think she looks a little stiff with her arm in that position.

Those are fantastic, how do you produce such nice lighting?

I really like #3; the punch of colour and her position. I might just tighten the crop a little bit along the bottom and the left side of the frame.. I'm rather undecided if I like being able to see the tag on the shirt... one other little nit pick.. i just wish her eyes were a little more in focus. they're all very lovely though, definitely my taste!
