Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
This one was pretty fun to get. The location is Lower Punchbowl Falls in the Columbia Gorge. Hiked about 1.5 miles, Put on Ye Ol' chest waders and slogged out into a surprisingly strong current. Was probably waste-high for this shot. Water was abundant.

The gorge is in full spring greens right now, which is nice.

What a Majestic place and view. Wow. Risk slipping and washing the camera?

You the man.The photo is gorgeous.

After looking at a couple of your waterfall shots, I started looking around to see if there were any worthwhile waterfalls near me (Louisville, KY). Nope. Probably Cumberland Falls (2-3 hours away) would be the closest. But you've inspired me to try and shoot something like this!

Majeed... you did it again! Lovely! :p :hail:

You have such cool places to shoot.

yeah, I'm jealous. lol

We will have to make an Acadia trip. I know some little seen spots there.

I have a question for you...
How many pairs of hiking boots do you go through in a year?

And nice shot too!

Great shot. What I like best is that the water is clear and slow enough you can see the rocks at the bottom of the stream at the bottom of the frame. Pretty cool.

Where's the damned spoon?

You know, it occurs to me that I really shouldn't drink coffee this late.

Yeah there's always a tiny bit of risk. Take it slow and wear the proper gear. Felt-bottomed shoes are best for walking on slippery rocks.

Thanks.

I hope you find one and get some good shots!

Wow ...beautiful country. Nice to have a great subject to work with. That would make a great canvas print :)

You're probably right! They are having 10 bucks off til the end of this month!

Thanks Charlie.

I'm not going to contend that point ;).

Nice work man! Love it!

Thanks Demers

Planning trips without inviting me..... For shame!

The only thing that slightly Biggs me abouth this shot is the sky.

Not sure exactly what bugs you, care to elaborate? The sky was tricky. The dr was a good 6 stops brighter in the sky, so it made for a challenging blend.

Only one so far believe it or not.
