[PixelRabbit]

Oh my gosh everyone is getting home from their winter vacation! This morning these Purple Finches and some Starlings showed up

It's almost like they know the drill lol the female was so curious and is a TOTAL poser!

Lol Ron, hmmm, true, too much of a risk they may like it a room full of monkeys with feathers then

Thanks all! I heard some Geese honk as they flew in this morning, woot!

I love these guys!! We get house finches in the southern US, and they aren't as boldly colored. (Still gorgeous and one of my favorites, since they love to hang out at feeders and are fun to watch.)

Sure sign of spring, isn't it?? I agree, the last shot has the best pose, and the little bit of snow adds a nice element. Good set!

Thanks Terri! We have those guys around too its so nice to see some new little faces around, some goldfinches showed yesterday and I have my eye out for who's new today

I see the purple! These are all nice shots but somehow the female shots are a bit better. We have mostly House Finches and the males colorings are red.
