I like what you are trying to do here, but they are a bit under exposed.
Try to add some more light to ad more definition to the eyes and make your whites pop, right now your whites are a bit grey.

I know, I was having a problem with it. I did add some exposure, but then it started making her look too white and she's actually pretty tan/dark completed so I gave up. lol
