Question on editing photos

I just registered and this is my first post here, so I hope I'm posting this in the right place. I occasionally take photos from my car, and sometimes when I'm not paying attention I'll get part of that blue UV strip on the top of the windshield in the shot. Is there any way to edit this out, in photoshop or something? I don't usually care to mess with my photos after I take them - I make an exception for this - so I know very little about doing these things. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Personally I'd get out of the car, but your situation may prevent it so you could just crop it out or use the clone or healing brush tool. H
