Questions about effects.

It is my opinion that anyone who, in their first 5 posts, asks a question in the region of 'what effect is this' along with a picture or a link illustrating same should be:

1. banned from posting until they've read all the posts for the last 30 days,
2. passed an exam on the contents,
3. promised never to ask again and
4. had a tattoo on the inside of their eyelids reading 'photography is art, not effects'

This is a better club to be a part of:

The bad guys in this movie constantly talk about "The New World" and how they're going to take over everything. Well part of this "New World" involves the club members meeting in some dingy old warehouse and clanking their axes in the air in perfect unison. They don't speak to each other, nobody says a damned thing. They just stand there, clanking their axes together in the air knowing that they will soon rule the world. How badass is that?

You should have to use one of those human identifiers for the first 10 posts. This would prevent a lot of spam bots. Its getting really annoying lately. Especially so since most people do not look for it. If I see anything where someone is like, "I love this photog/blog" or "How do I do this" on there first couple posts is a bot. I even got fooled by one about dj photography the other day ago. That person has not made any other posts. An average forum member will make at least a few posts on their first trip and respond. If I see no response then its probably garbage.
