Hello all!
I found this forum over the thanksgiving weekend. Been reading and lurking a lot. I shot some 35mm in my youth and have been told I have a good eye. So I am embarking on my first DSLR purchase and am going to have at it.
My interests are landscapes and just stuff that is interesting. I have toyed with the notion of a book of photos of unique and interesting places in my local area, perhaps with GPS numbers to make a photo based scavenger hunt.
Anyway, glad to be here and I am sure I will have lots of questions going forward.
