I actually never understood why Macs are so popular in the USA..because here, if a person owns an Apple product then for some reason they think they're better than the others..so basically people just make fun of the Apple ***s here (and no, I dont envy them, I own an iMac myself and I would prefer the normal PC - only good thing is the size - you got only a big screen). I tried to work with OS X but ended up installing Win 7. I'm just wondering what's going to happen now when Jobs died..because honestly, the iPhone 4S was kinda big fail.

Innovation, that's basically it. Apple isn't afraid to come with something completely different/new and they have a marketing aimed at people, who like to think "differently", who like to stand out from the crowd. But, everything has its price and products of Apple are quite overpriced for our region... If you compare the price of Ipad in US with the price of Ipad in CZ or SVK, it's almost 1:1 ratio, which is a complete nonsense when we take into account the difference in average salary.
