I like the image, but the ear-ring is a bit jarring.

I agree but when I removed it the ear lost definition because of my shallow DOF ... thinking of toning it back before I give it to her... what do you think?

I think the "straight" line of her hair on the model's left side of her face confines her much too much. I'd like to see more of a flow that naturally follows her cheek line. It might also lessen the impact of the earring.
