Rainy Day Dogwoods

To wet to work in the garden so I took the chance to get a few snaps of the dogwoods.

Very nice. Trees in general have had a tough time here this spring. They put out buds, got nipped by frost, came back started flowering, got nipped by frost. Even my Apple trees gave up and just put out leaves.

Late Spring here too but right in the middle of the city we've missed a couple late frosts by literally a few degrees.

Thanks. I'm thinking I should have stopped down one more stop. Shot both at f/5.6 and now I think f/8 would have been better -- a little more DOF on the pink one.
