1 doesn't seem very sharp. I would recommend upping the ISO from 100 to something a bit higher so you can increase the shutter speed and take the camera out of auto and but it on something such as aperture priority and watch the quality increase.

Ditto, the child looks a little backlit as well with the sun behind....3 looks cool though.
