Random Flower

Not sure what this is, and I'm not sure how I like my photo of it. Any thoughts/suggestions?

RxForB3, nice flower picture. I might crop out the OOF blue flower on the left and the"bud" in the lower right. I am not sure what it is either, the only thing that I can think of is a Tower Larkspur, but I not sure that is what it is. I am curious, so hopefully someone will provide an identity.

I cropped some following your suggestions, and it does improve the shot.

The crop as suggested by WesternGuy makes for a much better composition then your original image. I keep on looking at all the flowers below the immature buds, and they look a little out of focus.

I think the depth of field wasn't great enough. I think the front petals are in focus, but the back ones are just enough out of focus to distract.
