My friends and I went to the beach this past weekend. I know this gallery isn't really for critiquing, but it doesn't really fit into any other gallery, so I wouldn't mind the critiquing. Previously, I couldn't edit my RAW files because they wouldn't open, so I was stuck using JPEG. Well, now I got it working and here are my first 2 RAW photos. Please let me know what you think!

I think you might have a speck on your sensor!? lol

I think the water and sky turned out pretty good, but he probably should use a bigger knife for eating watermelon on the beach

Hahaha yea I told him it was a tiny little knife. I did have a speck on there (as you can see, I tried to edit it away in the knife picture), but when I got home and saw it, I wiped it away with my microfiber.

As noted above the tilt in the first does not help the image at all.

Do not wipe your sensor with a microfibre cloth. Use a rocket blower without touching anything while keeping the camera pointed down. If that does not work do a wet clean with the proper tools.
